We use Royal Mail to ship all deliveries, all deliveries are sent using a tracked method of shipping. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing before shipment.

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
All recorded deliveries are signed for, meaning in order to receive your package somebody must sign for it. If you miss your delivery the postman will leave a note, giving you information on where to pick it up or how to book a redelivery.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene purposes our lipstains are non-refundable / exchangeable.
